Delivery: The delivery charge is £3.50 on all items. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and as such, expect you to receive your order within 3-5 working days (unless stated otherwise). Please note, items from our handmade range can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. Orders are sent using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail First Class. We currently only deliver to customers in the UK.
Out of Stock Items: Dapper Doggie will upon receipt of your order contact you to advise if an item is out of stock and keep you updated as to the expected shipping time. We automatically ship out of stock items as soon as they become available. In the unlikely event that an item is permanently unavailable, we will offer a full refund or credit note to the value of the goods.
Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or if the product is the wrong size, you may exchange items if they are unused up to 14 days from the date of dispatch and you must pay for the delivery. To arrange a return, you must inform Dapper Doggie by using the Contact Us form on the Contact Us page in order to get the returns address to send the item. Please include the invoice number (if known), your full name and the reason for the return. Please also indicate if a replacement is required.
Dapper Doggie endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise. You must inform Dapper Doggie within 48 hours of a damaged item. by using the Contact Us form on the Contact Us page in order to get the returns address to send the item. Please include the invoice number (if known), your full name and the reason for the return.
Sale Items are excluded for refund or exchange unless proven faulty.
All returns should be clearly marked with your name, address and invoice number (if known). Unfortunately Dapper Doggie cannot confirm receipt of your return. We recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery.
